Do I need to do anything before delivery?
Yes. Make sure there is clear access to where the unit will be delivered. A near level site is best. Allow 3m x 5m. If you can get a boat or caravan to the site, it will probably be okay. We will discuss this is in detail with you before delivery.

What about power?
We supply a 10m power cable.

Can I rent to buy?
No. If you want to purchase a room, we will be happy to supply you with a brand new replacement.

Do you offer finance?
Yes. We can arrange personal finance for you or add the finance to your existing mortgage.

Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. 12 weeks. However, under some circumstances we will hire for a shorter period at a higher rate. There is no maximum term.

How much notice do I have to give when I want to return the room?
Generally 1 week is sufficient. However, we would appreciate 2-3 weeks.

Is there any furniture supplied?
No. The room is empty but we do supply carpet and curtains.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes.

Is there a delivery cost?
Yes. The cost is dependant on the delivery location. This cost includes positioning, leveling and pick up at the end of the hire period. We are happy to quote.
