Rooms to Move units are new or in near new condition
Minimum hire period - 12 weeks
Shorter terms may be available on request at an increased rate.
Delivery charge
A delivery charge of $160 is made within a 100km radius of our Glenfield yard. This price includes positioning and leveling the unit plus pick up at the end of the hire period. Outside 100km area will be quoted on request.
Bond
A bond of 4 weeks rent is payable. This will be refunded at the end of the hire period provided the unit is returned undamaged and in a clean condition. Allowance is made for normal wear and tear. This bond cannot be used in lieu of rent.
Weekly Rent
Rent is payable in advance. We are happy to work in with clients payday so budgeting is easy. For example, weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on how you are paid.
Access
A flat or near level site is required for positioning. An indication of whether a cabin will fit or have enough access, is if a normal caravan could be towed or pushed into position then a Rooms to Move cabin will more than likely fit as well. Special note needs to be taken of driveways close to the house if the section is flat as the eaves of the home may pose an access problem regarding height. We are happy to advise on your sparticular site.
Rooms to Move units are fully insulated and come with carpet and curtains and a 10m power lead. Instant Accommodation!
